49ers Looking For A Three-Peat

Although the Rams odds are slight favorites to win, the 49ers odds should not be counted out as this is a very similar situation to what has gone on this season.

In each of the two games that they have played this season, the Rams have going in as a 3.5-point favorite or less and the Niners have come out on top both times. In Week 10, San Francisco toppled them 31-10 and in Week 18 they took them to overtime for a 27-24 win.

Also backing the 49ers NFC Championship odds are the fact that they are one of the best teams against the spread on the road this season. When playing away from Levi’s Stadium, they have gone 7-4 ATS including their playoff games.

In those games, they are covering the spread by 2.8 points on average and winning them by 3.9 points. They have also thrived as an away underdog with a 3-1 ATS record and covering by 6 points on average.

As for the Rams, they have been a bit stingier against the spread when playing at home with a 5-4 ATS record and are 4-4 ATS. Also, the 49ers have owned the Rams recently having won six straight games dating back to 2019.
