Discount Double Check Props For the Aarons Of Green Bay

  • Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones of the Green Bay Packers have a number of props listed on sportsbooks for the 2020-2021 season.
  • The Packers have -200 odds to see the postseason again this year on their quest to make it to the Super Bowl.

GREEN BAY, Wis. – Green Bay, the land of football and cheese heads, has two Aaron’s with props listed on sportsbooks for the upcoming season.

There is the infamous quarterback Aaron Rodgers who has spent his entire NFL career as a Green Bay Packer, becoming a standout for the organization since 2005. But at 36 years of age and 15 years deep into the game, Rodgers may be coming up on the exit sign of the NFL highway soon.

The other Aaron is 25-year-old running back Aaron Jones who joined the team in 2017 to officially begin his career in professional football.

Fun fact, not only do these two share the same first name, but they were both also born on December 2.

The Aarons each have player prop bets listed for Green Bay’s 2020 season. As they’re both important pieces of the team’s game strategy, they need to work together to score touchdowns for the Packers to lock in another chance at getting into the playoffs.

The Bets Up On The Aarons

When looking at which player in the NFL will have the most regular-season passing yards, Rodgers is favored sixth in this category with odds of +1200.

Last season, Rodgers passed for 4002 yards. For regular-season passing yards, the line is set at 3899.5 yards.

Based on his career averages, Rodgers’ would be on the over with this wager.

The over-under of 26.5 passing touchdowns is having bettors take the under slightly more (-120) than the over (-110).

With 13 screws in his collarbone since being injured in 2017 and the Packers' desire to run the ball more, it may lower his passing attempts this season… that is where Aaron Jones comes in.

For the being named the AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year, Jones is tied in 16th place with odds of +4000.

For the player with the most rushing yards for the regular season category, Jones has odds of +3500, placing him 15th.

He rushed for 1084 yards last season, a career-best for the young player.

Jones’ rushing yardage projection is set at 1049.5 yards while heavy shading is occurring toward the under (-130).

With even odds to get over 1050 rushing yards or more, bettors may consider the vigorish-less prop bet.

The New Season

The Green Bay Packers have a lot riding on the duo to make it to the playoffs again this season and make it all the way to the Super Bowl this time around.

The odds listed for the Packers making it to the playoffs once again are favorable at (-200). The team not seeing any postseason play has odds of (+150) if sportsbooks have anything to say about it.

The first game of the regular season is on September 13 against their rival Minnesota Vikings and with that, there is only one thing left to say, Go Pack Go!
