DETROIT – Kicking off the Thanksgiving NFL festivities is a matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions where the Bills are heavy 9.5-point favorites. While the moneyline doesn’t have any value on the Bills and 9.5 being too many points for a Lions team that has been solid on offense all year, it is time to look toward player props for some tremendous value.

Honing in on the receiving props on NFL betting sites for Stefon Diggs and Amon-Ra St. Brown, while both could have very different games, there is value to be made betting on their yard totals.

While the Bills secondary has been seen as very intimidating, they have let plenty of receivers go over the 74.5-yard mark. St. Brown will certainly get plenty of opportunities to go over his Lions player odds as he leads the team in targets (78) and receiving yards (594) already.

Over his last five games, St. Brown has gone over this mark twice for a 40% success rate, however, the Bills secondary is down some of their best pieces in Micah Hyde and Kaiir Elam who have both been out multiple weeks which has resulted in multiple receivers going for 100+ yards.

The key for St. Brown hitting the over in this one will be his yards after the catch which is something he does so well. He is tied for 17th in the league right now for YAC with 305 and it showed last week when he went over having three receptions that saw 10+ yards after the initial catch.

The over here could be some of the easiest money made on Thanksgiving as Stefon Diggs is third in the league in receiving yards (1,033) and is going up against a Lions secondary that has allowed the fifth most receiving yards this season (262.2 per game). Over his last five games, his average line has been 83.5 yards and he has gone over that mark 80% of the time with 105 average yards.

Also, in 10 games this season, he has gone over seven times.

The Lions defense has let five opposing receivers to go over 89.5 yards this season which also includes ridiculous outings from Tyreek Hill (188 yards), Jakobi Meyers (111 yards), DK Metcalf (149 yards), and A.J. Brown (155 yards). All that said, slamming the over here is an easy money bet.
