Trevor Lawrence Player Props Vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Total Passing Yards

  • Over 249.5 -117
  • Under 249.5 -112

NFL oddsmakers have a somewhat low passing yard total set for Trevor Lawrence considering he has gone over that number in nine games this season including once against the Chiefs in Week 10 and in his playoff debut last week.

In Lawrence’s last 10 games, he is averaging 256.1 passing yards and has gone 6-4 with the over on his given passing yard total.

On the season, Lawrence has given himself decent opportunities to hit the over this season averaging 6.9 yards per pass attempt. His receivers are also doing a good job in getting him those yards with 10 yards per completion for 3.1 yards after the catch.

The Kansas City Chiefs are also feeding into the over even more seeing 6.1 yards per attempt against them each week and 9.2 yards per reception for a 3.1 YAC average as well.

Total Passing Touchdowns

  • Over 1.5 -126
  • Under 1.5 -104

Trevor Lawrence is more than capable of hitting over 1.5 passing touchdowns any given week regardless of the defense or situation in the game. In the Jacksonville Jaguars Wild Card Game, Lawrence went for four touchdowns where three of them came in the second half. He has gone over 1.5 TDs eight times this season. He is averaging 1.9 passing TDs in his last ten games and has gone 5-5 with the over in those games as well.

Luckily for Lawrence, he gets a Chiefs secondary that is letting up the most passing touchdowns per game this season at 1.9 with a 76.74% passing touchdown rate. In the Chiefs last nine games, they have let five opposing QBs throw for over 1.5 touchdowns including Trevor Lawrence in their Week 10 matchup.

Total Passing Attempts

  • Over 40.5 -114
  • Under 40.5 -114

Total Passing Completions

  • Over 24.5 +100
  • Under 24.5 -130

The odds for passing attempts and completions could split the over and under with stats supporting the under in his passing attempts and the over in his completions. Oddsmakers have set his passing attempt total at 40.5 being that he is coming off of a 47-attempt game in the Wild Card Round. However, Lawrence is averaging 35.7 attempts per game this season and has only gone over 40.5 six times on the year. The Chiefs are also seeing opponents throw for 36.4 attempts each week with that number dropping to 34.5 when playing at home.

As for his completion odds, the longer odds on the over are worth sprinkling some action on with Lawrence going over nine times this season. On the season, he is averaging right around that mark at 23.4 per game. The Chiefs are allowing 24 completions per game this season and a 65.91% completion rate.

Total Interceptions

  • Over 0.5 -157
  • Under 0.5 +121

After a 4-interception game in the Wild Card Round, anyone in their right mind should be taking the over in this one. Although Lawrence has just 12 interceptions on the season, half of them came in their last five games meaning he is 3-2 with the over in those games as well.
