Browns Run Fizzles Out
The Cleveland Browns odds coming in are a trap. The Browns are 2-1 this season with wins against the Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both are bottom-15 defenses in points and yards allowed, while their only loss came against the league-leading Jacksonville Jaguars defense.
While they aren’t as strong, this Steelers defense is top-12 in the league in allowing 20 points per game and top-10 in yards allowed at just 305.7 per game.
Where things could really take a turn for the worse for Cleveland is on defense, as they rank in the bottom half of the league in yards and points per game. We’ve seen the Steelers offense already play beyond their 17.7 points per game last week when they put up 30 against the Cincinnati Bengals. If that offensive output continues, Cleveland may not be able to keep up, especially with this being one of the tougher defenses that they’ll face.
