Colts Odds Take Huge Step Forward In 2026

  • There are +3000 odds for the Colts to win the AFC Championship.
  • There are +375 odds for the Colts to win the AFC South.

INDIANAPOLIS – There are high expectations surrounding the Indianapolis Colts ahead of the 2026-27 NFL season. The Colts were in line for a major run last season behind Daniel Jones as the starter.

Unfortunately, Jones tore his Achilles tendon last season in Week 14, and their season spiraled. Before Jones’ injury, the Colts were 8-4. Following the injury, they failed to win a game the rest of the year.

Super Bowl sportsbooks are expecting the Colts to pick up where they left off pre-Daniel Jones injury, with all of their odds taking a step forward.

Preseason Indianapolis Colts Odds 2026

  • Super Bowl: +6500
  • AFC Championship: +3000
  • AFC South: +375
  • Win Total: 7.5 (Over -135)

Back To Full Strength

Indianapolis did not make any significant moves on offense, with the exception of losing Michael Pittman Jr. after trading him to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittman Jr. was a 700+ yard receiver last season and led the team with seven touchdowns. Even with his loss, the Colts odds still took a leap forward.

Aside from that, Alec Pierce, Josh Downs, and Tyler Warren are all expected to make strides this season. Especially as four of the top five pass catchers for the team last season.

On the other end, the Colts went heavy on defense. They drafted linebackers CJ Allen and Bryce Boettcher, along with safety AJ Haulcy, in the first four rounds. They also added Arden Key, Michael Clemson, Cam Taylor-Britt, and Akeen Davis-Gaither.

The Colts start the season on Thursday with a preseason game against the New England Patriots on August 13th, and a Week 1 regular season opener at home against the Baltimore Ravens.
