Detroit Lions (+900)

For the first time since 2002, NFL betting sites listed the Detroit Lions under +1000 odds to win the NFC Championship at +900. Detroit did plenty in the offseason to help strengthen their odds as they drafted Jahmyr Gibbs and signed David Montgomery. They also reunited with Marvin Jones Jr. On defense, names such as Cam Sutton, CJ Gardner-Johnson, and Emmanuel Mosely were all brought in as well.

The Lions turned things around last season finishing 9-8 and second in the NFC North after four straight years prior to that of a fourth-place finish and no more than 6 wins in each season. If things continue to go right, the Lions odds could be some of the most beneficial to take early on.

New York Giants (+1600)

The New York Giants odds to win the NFC are at their peak in the last five seasons and are also coming off of a playoff appearance for the first time since 2016.

Daniel Jones proved that he is capable of leading an offense, Saquon Barkley also proved that when he’s healthy, he’s a top-5 running back in the league, and they also traded for Darren Waller, a huge receiving threat that they desperately needed.

On paper, they should be one of the more dynamic teams in the league and if things do align that way, a huge profit could be made on their odds.

Carolina Panthers (+2500)

Anyone that is counting out the Carolina Panthers should hold off immediately. Not only did they draft Bryce Young at first overall, but they set up their offense tremendously for him to succeed. In free agency, they added Adam Thielen, Miles Sanders, Hayden Hurst, and DJ Chark.

On defense, both Von Bell and Eric Rowe signed with the team. There is a lot to look forward to with this team and they could very well hit the ground running if all clicks.
