Breaking Down the Raiders Preseason Super Bowl Betting Odds

  • There are +4000 odds for the Las Vegas Raiders to win the Super Bowl.
  • The Raiders have +2000 odds to win the AFC Championship.
  • Davante Adams has +750 odds to lead the NFL in receiving touchdowns.

LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Raiders have made arguably the biggest splash in the offseason by acquiring the best receiver in the NFL in Davante Adams which has had a major impact on their Super Bowl 57 betting odds.

The impact of Adams to the Raiders has been tremendous as all of their odds across the board are at their shortest point in the preseason over the last five seasons. In the short term, from where they first opened to now all of their odds have shortened.

Their Super Bowl odds opened at +5000 before dropping to +4000. As for their AFC Championship odds, they opened at +2500 and slid down to +2000 while their AFC West odds opened at +900 and shifted to +650 which are still the longest in the division.

Aside from the addition of Davante Adams, there were plenty of other additions as well that have helped move their odds to where they are now. Those additions include:

  • Chandler Jones
  • Jayon Brown
  • Jordan Jenkins
  • Rock Ya-Sin
  • Brandon Bolden
  • Anthony Averett

Raiders Player And Team Props

Sticking with Davante Adams, with his move to the Raiders comes valuable player prop odds. One, in particular, are his +750 odds to lead the NFL in receiving touchdowns which are the third shortest on the sportsbook odds board. Adams is moving to the Raiders having been top-5 in the league in redzone targets in every season since 2016 and has also finished top-5 in redzone touchdowns in all but one season since then as well.

Adams is coming off of a top-5 season in touchdowns with 11 and given his already built chemistry with Derek Carr from their time together at Fresno State, he could be in line for a massive jump in 2022-23.

On the team prop side of things, the two to look at are their projected win total and odds to make the playoffs.

Las Vegas Raiders Win Total

  • Over 8.5 -150
  • Under 8.5 +115

Las Vegas Raiders Odds to Make Playoffs

  • Yes +130
  • No -170

The Raiders 8.5 win total is their highest set win total in the last five seasons and backing that up is the fact that they’ve hit the over in each of their last three seasons including a 10-win season in 2021. Like their win total, their odds to make the playoffs are also the shortest in the last five seasons, and are coming off of a playoff appearance last season.
