Betting on Devin Singletary vs. The Tennessee Titans

  • Devin Singletary has -115 odds to get more than 45.5 yards against the Tennessee Titans.
  • His QB, Josh Allen, has -115 odds to rack up nearly a similar number of rushing yards.
  • Singletary has +110 odds to score a touchdown, but does not see a lot of goal-line work

BUFFALO, N.Y. – With much of the attention on Tennessee RB Derrick Henry, Buffalo RB Devin Singletary may be going overlooked by sports bettors.

Total Rushing Yards – Devin Singletary (BUF)

  • Over 45.5 -115
  • Under 45.5 -115

Singletary seems to have taken command of the Buffalo RB corps, with rookie James Cook fumbling on his first possession.

Singletary was on the field for 59% of snaps against the Rams, out snapping Zack Moss 35-22.

The major risk for Singletary is that his quarterback, Josh Allen, is expected by the online sportsbooks to be nearly as effective a runner as Singletary is.

Total Rushing Yards – Josh Allen (BUF)

  • Over 40.5 -115
  • Under 40.5 -115

Allen’s O/U of 40.5 rushing yards is only five yards below Singletary’s O/U of 45.5 rushing yards in the game.

Against the Rams, Singletary put up 48 yards on the ground on eight rushes and added 14 yards on two receptions.

If he can keep averaging six yards per rushing attempt, he should hit his O/U for this game easily.

Devin Singletary Touchdown Props

  • Devin Singletary Anytime TD +110
  • Devin Singletary First Bills TD +550

Singletary is not someone many would describe as having a nose for the endzone, but he racked up seven rushing touchdowns in 2021.

In 2021, he had 38 red zone rushing attempts, which was the 14th most in the league. However, 55% of those attempts came with 7-10 yards to go in the red zone. In addition, 57.5% of them came on first down, and 37.5% of them came on second down.

This means that Singletary’s red zone work is very limited – he sees use in the red zone mostly as an early down rusher, which, relative to other red zone opportunities, is not particularly valuable in terms of scoring touchdowns.

He did not add anything to the TD column in his first game in 2022.

Devin Singletary and the Buffalo Bills host the Tennessee Titans on Monday. The game starts at 7:15 p.m. ET.
